Graduates of the 运动与锻炼 Studies Associate of Applied Science Degree 和 健身专家 Certificate will be prepared to take accredited certification exams in personal training, group fitness instruction 和/or health 和 wellness coaching.

• Become a National Board Certified Health 和 Wellness Coach (NBH-HWC).   Students who successfully complete the SES 2500-Health 和 Wellness Coach Certification Prep course will meet the training program requirement needed to sit for the Health 和 Wellness Coach Certifying Examination.  访问 our health 和 wellness coaching page to learn more about the program 和 how to get started.
• Complete the degree or certificate on a full-or part-time basis.
• Certificate credits apply toward associate degree.
• 我们的 Fitness Testing 和 Training Center is an educational facility where students provide personal training 和 coaching sessions 和 a variety of fitness assessments. The general public 和 Tri-C staff, 教师, 和 students are invited to participate in the student's classroom learning experience.
